Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is a collegiate degree with courses offered in the departments of Accounting; Finance, Insurance and Law; Management and Quantitative Methods; and Marketing.

The goal of the Illinois State MBA program is to prepare students for successful careers in positions of leadership in business and other organizations competing in domestic and international markets. The integrative curriculum is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the functional areas of business, to ensure that students develop an analytical framework for evaluation and decision making, to encourage them to apply that framework with a sense of integrity, and to strengthen interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
