Faculty and Technology Support Center (FRC)
Located in room 025 across the Atrium from the main lab, the Faculty Resource Center (FRC) offers a wide range of support services to College of Business Faculty, Staff, and RSOs. A dedicated publishing staff with combined 30 years of experience provides duplicating and desktop publishing services, including printing, graphics, photography, editing, proofing, manuscript preparation, materials and print production.
They design, proof, format and print simple to complex projects, working one on one with faculty, staff, and students. Projects range from simple one page handouts for the classroom to more complicated production jobs that involve cutting, binding, photographs, original logos, various paper stock, layouts, color and b&w printing for recruitment, surveys, and special events.
The FRC technology staff supports the college in our extensive lab complex, and in classrooms and offices, with network storage and access, study and conferencing rooms, Microsoft Office, the Adobe Creative Suite, advanced statistics and programming tools, and much more.
Working in conjunction with many University services, the FRC staff is charged with supporting the teaching, research, and day to day operations of the faculty, staff, and students of the college. Whatever the need, the resource staff can make it happen.
Student Support
Since the University offers a comprehensive Technology support department, direct support to students is limited to development of class technology resources.
