Audit and Control Specialist Graduate Certificate

This 9-hour certificate provides exposure to the management of electronic commerce including eBusiness models, the IT industry, emerging trends and channel management, cybersecurity and information systems auditing, and information systems project development and management while using the systems development life cycle will be explored.

The certificate exposes you to several areas of electronic commerce, including eBusiness models, the IT industry, cybersecurity, and more.

This 9 hour certificate requires successful completion with a grade of B or better in each of the following courses:

  • ACC 440
  • ACC 462
  • ACC 482

University Admission Requirements

A student applying to the Audit and Control Specialist Graduate Certificate must:

  • have earned a four-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a college or university that is accredited by the appropriate regional accrediting association, or do so within one academic year
  • have had undergraduate training in business and/or have been employed at least one year in a business enterprise.

Additional Program Admission Requirements

The Audit and Control Specialist Graduate Certificate is designed for students who:

  • have completed an undergraduate degree program
  • have undergraduate training in business and/or have been employed for at least one year in a business enterprise

Application Deadlines

  • Fall Semester Term — July 1
  • Spring Semester Term — December 1
  • Summer Semester Term — April 1
