The College of Business honored the first inductees into its Service Hall of Fame in 2019-2009. Each year the dean and his staff chooses one or more individuals for this distinction based on their long-standing dedication to the College and its mission. Service Hall of Fame inductees are listed on a permanent display in the College of Business and are recognized during Hall of Fame Day during Business Week each spring.
ROB MCDADE
Senior Vice President of Property/Casualty - COUNTRY Financial
Rob is Senior Vice President of Property/Casualty for COUNTRY Financial. COUNTRY serves about one million households and businesses throughout the United States, offering a full range of financial products and services from auto, home and life insurance to retirement planning services, investment management and annuities. Rob’s team develops and administers property/casualty products to meet client needs and support profitable growth of the organization.
Prior to this position, Rob served as Vice President of Agency Operations, Vice President of Customer Service, Vice President of Financial & Brokerage Solutions and Vice President of Trust Services. He was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel for the Illinois Farm Bureau family of companies. He has also served as a director and Chairman of the Board of the IAA Credit Union.
Rob serves on the advisory board for the Katie School of Insurance at Illinois State University, the Leadership Council for the Griffith Insurance Education Foundation and the Board of Trustees of Gamma Iota Sigma (insurance and risk management national fraternity).
Rob is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of the University of Southern California and Georgetown University Law Center.
