The Reading Program in Leadership provides students the opportunity to explore more fully the topic of leadership. During the semester, participating students will complete a challenging and engaging set of readings on leadership. Students will meet several times in a seminar format with faculty and local organizational leaders. In these seminars, participants will be able to discuss with faculty and organizational leaders the content of the readings and examine their relevance and application to organizational leadership.

In the past, leaders from such organizations as State Farm, Caterpillar, GROWMARK, COUNTRY Financial, and Cintas have participated in the program.
Students who participate in the Reading Program in Leadership will receive a Certificate of Completion as well as a gift from the Leadership Institute.
