Sales Student Scholar Program
The Professional Sales Institute offers a wide selection of opportunities for our sales students to further enrich their learning experiences. Two of these programs provide extra-special recognition for students who have distinguished themselves in terms of experiences and achievements in and outside of the classroom.
Enterprise-Rent-A-Car Foundation Professional Sales Scholar Program
This one-of-a-kind program is a special recognition distinguishing Illinois State sales students from the thousands of other junior and senior students across the nation. Even more important, each student participant in the Enterprise-Rent-A-Car Foundation Professional Sales Student Scholar Program receives $1,200 in scholarships and a host of exciting learning experiences as project managers, mentors to other students and ambassadors for the Institute. Students apply for admittance in their junior year and participate in the program throughout their senior year. Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Certified Sales Student Achievement Program
This national program awards selected students an official certificate of recognition for superior academic and professional achievement in selling from the University Sales Center Alliance. In all of the U.S., there are only 11 university sales programs qualified to confer this honor on students who have distinguished themselves in their study and practice of professional selling through a rigorous combination of academic class work and extra curricular activities. In any given year, fewer than 200 students across the entire U.S. will meet the requirements for this distinctive award and we are proud Illinois State students are part of this elite group each year.
