Katie School Financial Regulators Program

Insurance Regulators Education FoundationInsurance Regulators Education Foundation program for Insurance Financial Regulators will take place June 19 -24, 2022  The program is offered FREE to insurance financial examiners, analysts, and actuaries who are state employees working for insurance departments. Costs for lodging and meals are complimentary and included in program for insurance department employees and transportation expenses will be reimbursed.

To accommodate the needs of those unable to attend in-person, the initial three days of programming will be broadcast live and without charge, via the web.  Each program segment will be streamed as an individual webinar, with its own unique webinar link. 

Pre-registration is required. Simply select the segment or segments of interest to you, to register.  In keeping with the respective missions of IREF, Katie School and The Institutes Griffith Foundation, all of the webinar programming is strictly instructional in nature and does not support a position on any issues.

The 4th and 5th day of the program will not be broadcast.

  • Thursday, June 23rd will be  Analysis Techniques and Financial Solvency Tools Overview presented by  Andy Daleo, P/C Financial Analysis Manager, Kansas City, MO (www.naic.org) and available only in-person.
  • The program will conclude at noon on Friday June 24th. Friday morning will be Risk Assessment in Practice   Patrick McNaughton, former Chief Examiner, Washington State,  Office of the Insurance Commissioner
