MQM 421 | Organizational Behavior - A study of how people in organizations respond to managerial and organizational practices, using a systems orientation to analyze how environmental factors influence organizational practices and climate
MQM 482 | Organizational Leadership - An in-depth examination of leadership including the impact of leadership on organizations and the characteristics of effective leadership. Topics include: the role and impact of leaders in organizations, historical and theoretical foundations of leadership, and current leadership best practices.
