Driving Directions
From the North
From I-55:
- Exit at the Normal-Business 51 exit #165.
- The exit ramp will take you to a stoplight where you will turn left (south) onto Main St.
From I-39:
- Exit at the Normal-Business 51 exit #2.
- Turn left onto US-51 BR. Shortly it will turn into Main St.
From Main Street:
Continue traveling on Main St. As you near the Illinois State campus, you should watch for - and continue past - stoplights at Raab Rd, Orlando Ave, Gregory St, Willow St, and College Ave. After College, Main St becomes Kingsley St. as well as a one-way.
- Turn left on Dale St.
- Go straight at the first stop sign and then right at the second stop sign onto University St.
- If you go past Dale St., turn left at the stoplight onto Hovey Ave.
- Go past Main St. and turn left onto University St.
The parking deck will be your first right, and the Katie School is located on the 4th floor in the south east corner of the building in suite 432. Please see below for further instructions regarding what to do once in the parking deck.
From the South
- Exit I-55 at the US-51 exit #157.
- Stay left on I-55 BL N/Veterans Parkway exit #157B.
- Turn left (north) onto US-51 BR/ S. Main St. Follow this road for approximately four miles through the town of Bloomington.
- Go past the stoplight at Beaufort St. and take the first right on Osage St. Turn left onto University St.
- If you pass Osage St., you can also turn right on Dale St. and make your second right onto University St.
The parking deck entrance will be on the east side of the street, and the Katie School is located on the 4th floor in the southeast corner of the building in suite 432. Please see below for further instructions regarding what to do once in the parking deck.
From the East
- Exit I-74 at US-51BR North exit #135.
- Follow this road for approximately four miles through the town of Bloomington.
- Go past the stoplight at Beaufort St. and take the first right on Osage St.

From the West
- Take I-74 East to I-55 North.
- Exit I-55 at the Normal-Business 51 exit #165A. The ramp exits onto Main Street (heading south).

To the Bone Student Center Parking Lot
From Main Street:
- Go east on Locust.
- Go to the second stop sign and turn right. You will be turning into the Bone Student Center parking lot.
From Fell Avenue or Linden Street:
- Go west on Locust.
- Go to the first or second stop sign (respectively) and turn left. You will be turning into the Bone Student Center Parking Lot.
To walk to the State Farm Hall of Business from the Bone Student Center, as you face the Bone Student Center from the parking lot, you will see an outside staircase on your left. Go up that staircase. You will pass Milner Library and the new canopies outside the library.
This will take you to an overpass, or a walkover, across a busy street. As you come off the overpass, the College of Business will be on the opposite end of the quadrangle on the right side (the southwest side). The Katie School offices are in Room 432.
University Street South Parking Deck
Drive into the parking deck, stay on the ground level, obtain a ticket from the machine, and then park in an open spot. Please bring the ticket to the Katie School office on the fourth floor to have the ticket validated.
