Includes seating for eight, Platinum ad in event program, listing on monitors in reception area and visual screen during dinner, champagne, table photo, premium seating location, President's Reception for all table seats, free foursome at Katie School Golf Classic at Stonebridge, one complimentary table at Executive Forum. Listing in event ad in Business Insurance, permanent partner listing on Hall of Fame website.'

Gold Table: 
Includes seating for ten, Gold ad in event program, listing on monitors in reception area and visual screen during dinner, table photo, President's Reception for four table seats, listing in event ad in Business Insurance, one year partner listing on Hall of Fame website.

Silver Table:
Includes seating for ten, Silver ad in event program, table photo, listing in event ad in Business Insurance.

Individual Partner Levels

Individual Gold Seat:
