Board Member Certification

• Program 1: For new members who are joining insurance company boards (one and a half days)
• Program 2: For sitting board members to make them aware of changes (half day)

Location

For participants from different companies, the program would be held at Illinois State or downtown Chicago. For a company specific program the facilitation could occur at a location selected by the company.

Objective

Familiarize new board members of insurance companies or insurance affiliated organizations with basic governance and insurance topics to assist them in performing their duties. Update sitting board members on important changes.
