VIRTUAL EXAM REGISTRATION DURING COVID-19

To register for the Institutes’ Virtual Exams through December 15, 2021, please complete HIGHLIGHTED NUMBER ITEMS 1-20 of this FORM. Send the completed form to Connie Gentes at cdgente@ilstu.edu Virtual exam period fees to the Katie School are waived.

ONSITE EXAM REGISTRATION (AT ILLINOIS STATE UNIVERSITY)
- Full-time Students: must pay a $30 fee to the Katie School for a CPCU or IIA (such as INS 23) exam **This fee waived until further notice **
- Part-time Students: must pay for the full amount of the exam but are still eligible for the award upon successful completion
The registration form and any payment should be made to the Katie School. Complete HIGHLIGHTED NUMBER ITEMS 1-20 of this FORM. Send the completed form to Connie Gentes at cdgente@ilstu.edu. The exam fee is paid by the Katie School when you register through the Katie School. Students will need to register for the exams and purchase the study materials including supplemental study guides from The Institutes (CPCU).

The Institutes offers CPCU exams during four time windows:

All times are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon).

Day of Exam
Testing is now located on the Illinois State University campus at the Alumni Center at 1101 North Main Street.
Arrive at the testing center 15 minutes prior to your test time. Pencils and scratch paper will be provided. A quiet, non-printing calculator (except those having alphanumeric functions for the purpose of entering letters or words) may be used during the exam. Smoking, food, beverages, cell phones, pagers, paper, and books are all prohibited in the testing room.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Alumni Center.
Public Transportation
Transportation information to get to the Alumni Center can be found at the Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System website.
Identification
Participants will be asked to present a valid, current identification that contains both your photograph and your signature.
