Professional Sales Lab

Our marketing programs provide broad coverage of issues ranging from the global marketplace to professional selling. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Foundation Professional Sales Learning Center provides opportunities for students to hone their presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

The Professional Sales Learning Center provides video systems for both individual and group sales presentations, including video editing, playback, and an area for debriefing. This suite of rooms represents our most advanced learning support environment.

Purpose

The suite is designed to allow simulation of both group and individual sales experiences, with the capability to record from each of the simulation rooms, provide playback for individual critique, and to assist others through playback in a debriefing room to reinforce lessons learned.

The area consists of five rooms with specific purposes:

  • A Group Presentation Room to simulate group sales to executives
  • Two individual sales rooms for development and observation of one-on-one sales techniques
  • A debriefing room where faculty can work with students before and after sales simulations
  • A control room to manage activities within the suite.

Technology

The group presentation room is equipped with recording and projection equipment in a professional meeting environment, and allows students to take advantage of multimedia in their sales presentations.
